Galactomyces candidum : ウィキペディア英語版 | Galactomyces candidum
''Galactomyces candidum'' is a plant pathogen. Geotrichum candidum is a filamentous yeast-like fungus commonly isolated from soil, air, water, milk, cheese, silage, plant tissues, digestive tract in humans and other mammals. G. candidum infections of plants and animals are very rare. In humans, fewer than 100 cases reported between 1842 and 2006 (and some were never confirmed). Dairy products have never been implicated in foodborne infection. Due to its technological interest in dairy products, it has been proposed to use G. candidum as a starter. == References == 〔
